Hi and welcome to this group. I'm not very good at blogging, but i figure that every one needs support so i'll do my best. Like i said in the description, this group is for all christians trying to reach a fitness goal and follow the word of God. All I ask on this website is that all coments or suggestions be clean. No rough stuff. I want to say welcome and through prayer and hard work we can all achieve the goals that God has set for us.
