No, we aren't going to eat Skittles!

I'm posting it a couple days ahead of time as it might be a little more difficult to accomplish and will take a bit of planning and possibly some shopping.

For this challenge we are going to Taste the Rainbow! - by way of fruits and vegetables that is!

Healthy food comes in a variety of colors, especially in natural whole foods. Also, the deeper the color of your fruits and vegetables, the more healthy benefits they have for your body.

The colors in the rainbow are:
red
orange
yellow
green
blue/violet
white - instead of indigo for this challenge

    I've had so far:
    Mon: green (green beans) & white (quinoa)
    Tues: green (brussel sprouts) and pink (radishes) tonight

    red- Tomatoes
    orange- Grapefruit
    yellow -
    green- Spinach
    blue/violet- black berries
    white- Garlic (lots of it lol)

    I just have to get one of the yellow ones in!

    @ sherrirb I really like your challenges. Thanks for the encouragement. For a second I thought skittles, I was ready to snack on them lol. No but really produce is so important to eat it on daily basis. Let's Do it!!
