New to the group so thought I'd say hello!
Trying to lose 11lb. Already gone from 195lbs to 157lbs but would love to hit the 140's.
Started by getting my diet right and now reintroducing exercise and weights into my life.
Anyone got any miracle suggestions :laugh:

As for the suggestions, from your previous weight loss it seems like your on the right lines! Just stay focused, disciplined, and keep up the good work!
