Welcome everyone! I was needing a new challenge so kdorosh and I came up this this motivating idea. We are going to start July 1st. So start setting your exercise goals and get on board!
The goal:
Set a gold for yourself each week on how many calories you would like to burn. Post it on the board and keep checking in every week.
Example:
Goal - 1500 calories/week
Monday - 400 cal - bootcamp
Tuesday - 350 cal - Jillian Michaels 30 day shred
Wednesday - rest day
Thursday -
Friday -
Saturday -
Sunday -
Invite your friends that might need a new challenge!
