Sorry meant to have this up before now. Anyway's here you go...........
1 Motivation Board: This can be a board, a wall, a mirror where you will see them. If you can see it you are more likely to do it.
Post motivational quotes on it. Start with your own from week one. And don't forget all the good things you told us about yourself in week two. Then if need be look at the ones others choose from week one. Or google inspirational/motiovational quotes images. Find some print them out. If you are willing to share and good at uploading photo share with the rest of us. Or just type some you found out. Main idea here is to keep ourselves motiovated and hopfully motiovate others. So add whatever your motivation is. A saying, a picture, whatever.
Ideas: A trip you are going on. A outfit you want to wear. A special occassion coming up. A picture of your goal body type with your face on it. See the possiblities are endless.
2. water lets stick with 8 again this week
3. Back to our HR/FR I hope you stuck with them some last week. Cause this week we are going to up them each by 5
4. This is a food one. Carbs. Lets see if we can stay under. Especially watch carbs after lunch time. The exception will be if the carbs all in with fiber.
I read somewhere to try to eat Low carbs after lunch as follows: The formula they gave was this
zero - 7 carbs - then fiber is not an issue
7 - 20 carbs - then there has to be over 4g of fiber
20 - 35 carbs - then there has to be a minimum of 10g of fiber.
carbs in fruit and veg is not counted and if something else you eat has additional carbs in it but not enough fiber - combine it with something to make up the fiber. This applies to everything eaten after lunch.
Again I am not stressing EM this week but I hope you all continue to try to find ways to include extra movements in your day. And if you do them share with your team. Lets motivate each other so we all reach our goals.
