Today will be my 31st day on MFP. I have a problem with the scale numbers so I will not weigh until the five weeks are up which will be 6.25.12. I will weigh then and see if the number is equal to or close to the MFP number. Today is a very good day so far. I am at an 8 right now and hope to have a 10 by the end of the day. Today I did my favorite exercise water arobics for an hour plus. I have consumed the nine glasses of water for the day and my food chart is looking good.
Tonight I am going to a friends house. I text her today to ask her if she was serving treats tonight so that I could calculate the numbers into my chart. She said I was a hoot. It was different taking care of myself that way, but I feel very good about the fact that I took action. "If I fail to plan, I plan to fail."

You go, girl! I'm the same way... if I know I'm going somewhere where there might be treats, I try to plan them into my diary for the day or bring an alternate food to snack on! We are definitely on the right track. Keep up the great work!0
