    Hi... You are feeling just as most all of us have at one time or another.. Don't be discouraged.. Today is a new day.. It is a chance to make it better than it was yesterday.. We all can do this... I sometimes cry about the last 26 years that I have been overweight.. How sick I have become because of it,, but crying does me no good... I believe God brought me to MFP to help me change.. You can walk this journey with us.. I would like to be your friend... Be Encouraged((((BIGHUGZ))) Debbie
