Work out three times (at least)
Stay away from candy at the office


I hope everyone is doing well! I am really hoping I can meet my goal but if I even lose just a little more I will be happy.

    Sorry I have not been logging in here. I have spent the last week at my mother-in-laws taking care of her. Yesterday I had 911 come and take her to the hospital. She has been having terrific pain even though she has been on very strong pain medicines. So I have been doing a lot of stress/crazy eating. I weighed on Saturday and was 206.5. I don't think I will make this challenge. Sure hope another will happen. Thanks
