Has anyone tried Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred yet? I just ordered it from Amazon after watching a few folks on YouTube say how great it was. I'm hoping that I don't need paramedics....she's seems kinda intense.

    Shes brutal but if i can do it anyone can!!!! Took me 3 weeks on each level before i moved on to the next..i lost 3 inches. Great jumpstart if ur just getting started...
