Am I getting enough strength training???

I LOVE TF but I know that building muscle is really important in overall fitness and gaining a higher metabolic rate. Is TF packing a big enough punch in terms of strength training to reap the greatest rewards? I'm considering ordering ChaLean Extreme but is that all strength and no cardio? I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed! What are some of you doing? Just straight TF or mixing it up?

No, TF by itself is not enough to reap the benefits of weight lifting. I just finished my first round of ChaLean Extreme. I lost 7 inches in the first month. It's a great program if you are unfamiliar with weight lifting.
There are three phases - each one month long. There are three weight lifting workouts a week. They are 35 - 45 mins long. There are two cardio workouts, but I don't use them. I do TF workouts instead.0 -
You will need more strength training once you building your endurance with the cardio workouts in Turbo Fire. However, I must say my biceps and triceps are nicely shaped (now I have guns!!) thanks to the strength training videos that came with the Turbo Fire program, no more jiggle good bye. I've noticed most people don't like those strength training videos because they use resistance bands but I can swear they do work.
i just finished the 120 day Turbo Fire schedule, doing C25K now -which I must say thanks to TF I can finally run without passing out- and then once Summer is gone I will start ChaLean Extreme to tone and give more definition to my body.

I've been doing Turbofire, but I wanted to build more muscle. More muscle= burn more calories, burn more fat. So I just bought Chalean Extreme and am combining it with Turbofire to get the best of both worlds. There is a hybrid schedule that combines both of these workouts together....genius...I know. I am expecting amazing results, because Chalean is amazing.0

I'm doing TF, CLX and running simultaneously.
TF doesn't have enough strength training to really reap the benefits. CLX does. I've done a round of CLX before and I got incredible results. This time, paired with TF and running, I'm hoping for max results0
