I've had members of my class tell me how they've lost upwards to 30 pounds taking my class!

That is awesome! I am starting this challenge for myself and my class to help motivate more people to work towards thier ideal weight.

This 10 week (give or take) challenge is going to endi on 9/15. Depending on the participation this could be the first of many motivational challenges.
