Hi~Looking for people who do Tai Cheng or Yoga Booty Ballet..thanks, Reason is I have been through Dr. Mark Chengs Tai Cheng for 12 week and would like to friend folks doing the program also been Incorporating YBB with it along with Walking..thanks:flowerforyou:

    I hope you have had some responses that aren't posted. Sometimes this group is slow to respond.

    I haven't done either program, but would like to hear your results with Tai Cheng.

    Hi JensQi, I'm about to purchase ThaiCheng and incorporate it with various Yoga DVDs. Have you started it yet?
