I ate too much last night, and am feeling the pain today. What should I do in these instances? I know that I gained a few pounds, and it's just water weight, but I feel discouraged. Please help!

It happens to most of us. It was just one day. Today is a new day. If you get back on track you will see results on the scale soon. And sometimes those kind of days really don't hurt you. I lost 9 lbs back in February. I was shocked after having a bad day or 2 and then losing 4lbs one week. The main thing is to not let it derail you from your goals. When those days happen just dust yourself off and get back to it.0
