I am so ready for this

I don't have that much to lose, but I lose incredibly slowly and it's frustrating so I wind up sabotaging myself. But now I have medical problems so I need to be consistent and really learn how to change my eating and exercise habits for good. When do we start??

  • I just started today. I'm committing to myself (and this group) that I'll take the next 8 weeks to really focus on healthy eating and exercise. :-)

    also just joined, I have lost a good bit of weight on a low carb plan but now i'm trying to continue on a ballanced diet. using this group to motivate me and increase excercis to continue my attempt at improving my overall health.
