Hello Group,
My name is Robert and I live in Tobaccoville. My doctor recommended that I use this website and app to help me with my struggle with weight. I didn't think that it would do any good, but I downloaded the app and gave it a try. I've been using MyFitnessPal for just over 2 weeks and have lost some weight by doing so. I am glad to see there is a group in the Triad area for users to join for support.
