Hello, I'm new to this web site. Not new to trying to lose weight. I have a question is there a place to find recipes? Does anyone have any lunch ideas for summer?

    If you look on the Main list of Message Boards there's a whole board dedicated to recipes. And I've seen some good ones on there. Hope this helps! Best of luck to you!
