Talking about this to a girl at work funnily enough. My view is, unless your a dietician, you're not going to get it 100% correct all the time. It is basically saying what we all know, eat everything in moderation and exercise and you're leading a healthy lifestyle. (of course, that's my view and I could be VERY wrong!)0
