Hey! Do intervals today! So, crank it up! Go hard! If on treadmill increase speed for 30-45 second bouts 5 times....same for any cardio machine. Do some pylometrics: squat jumps, box jumps, push-up with some lift of ground ....increase wt by 2-5 pounds today. Intensity can be just as vital as endurance! That way you can still get a good quality hard workout in 20-30 min instead of 1+ hours!

I already got my workout in.. fortunately I did like one or two intervals while I was on the elliptical... so I think I'm good!0
