Goal: Get out and get active, drink water
Did you meet it?: yes

Did you exercise?:Yes, went for a nice hike in the shade. Such a HOT sunny weekend! :happy:
How are you feeling: I was feeling great. The weekend was pretty good with the BF (who now leaves Wednesday) Kinda bummed about getting blown off a few times by my friend who was in town who I just completely opened up my schedule for. But whatever. But the sad part was this morning when I found out about a skidoo accident and the young girl who was killed being someone I knew. Someone part of the swim team family. Thoughts go out to the family.
Goal for today: Lots of water, and get in some activity this afternoon.
Plan to help yourself succeed: Get the BF and go do something.0 -
Things to do this week:
1) Clean and organize the soon to be workout room.
2) Set up workout plan and meal plan to follow starting Wednesday after the BF leaves for a month.
3) Contact workout buddy to get in gear together
4) Plan out Work Out Calendar to help keep you accountable.
5) Shop for meals
Goal: In one month, see dramatic changes and surprise BF when he comes back to town from work. :bigsmile:0 -

How are you feeling: Meh, I was on the phone for a LONG time with a friend talking about her issues. I know she'll want to talk more once the BF leaves. and that'll take up a LOT of time. Hoping I can find a medium where it'll be alright. I need to stay focused.
Goal for today: Deep breathes, LOTS of water.
Plan to help yourself succeed: water bottled filled, drink 2 servings before every meal.
Notes: TOM showed up today. No wonder I gained some weight. retaining water and craving the not so awesome foods. Focusing on the now.0 -

Goal: lots of water and stay relaxed
Did you meet it?: Not really. no

Did you exercise?:yes, went for a walk with the BF last night.
How are you feeling: Blah, TOM is giving me some cramps this time and so it was very difficult to drink my water yesterday. All I wanted to do was lay down.
Goal for today: LOTS of water.
Plan to help yourself succeed: water bottled filled, drink 2 servings before every meal.
Notes: not really sure what's going on with the BF. Hopefully we'll have answers soon. Still has no idea when he's supposed to leave and catch his flight to Prudhoe Bay for work. Crossing my fingers we'll find out what is going on soon.0 -

Goal: lots of water
Did you meet it?: well... I did better than the day before.
How many servings of H2O did you drink?:6
Did you exercise?:yes, went rock climbing, took the dog for a walk and while the BF was getting our salads ready for dinner I did a 16 min express ab workout from an iPhone app. :laugh: Love it!
How are you feeling: Good. Went to the store and got a bunch of fruit and healthy stuff. BF said that even though he's not going now until Friday that I should still start whatever it is I was going to start when he left.So supportive.
So, I am starting off by getting things ready for a sure fire start Friday and doing workouts with BF until he leaves as well as cleaning out our pantry and fridge and replacing some of the "junk" with better options for me.
Goal for today: LOTS of water.:drinker: possibly a hike if the weather lets up, or some kind of activity.
Plan to help yourself succeed: water bottled filled, drink 2 servings before every meal, get home and get going.
Notes: BF is making some stir fry tonight for dinner. He is such a good cook (even if he is self conscious and doesn't think so himself).0 -

Goal: LOTS of water.drinker possibly a hike if the weather lets up, or some kind of activity.
Did you meet it?: Yes, I got in something. Not really what I wanted, but my workout room area is finally coming along.

Did you exercise?:Went for a walk with the dog and cleaned around the house while the BF was packing.
How are you feeling: I'm doing alright. Dropped the BF off at the airport this morning and then took the dog for a quick walk before work. Hasn't really hit me. But I'm focusing on surprising my bf by looking amazing when he gets back home.
Goal for today: lots of water, store, run is weather is nice (otherwise, activity inside)
Plan to help yourself succeed: 2 servings before every meal, make a list and check it twice, got a leash in the car for the dog.0 -

Did you exercise?:no. ended up on the phone for 3 hours... talking to a friend in need. :grumble:
How are you feeling:good. Today was my normal WI day and I was down 3.1 lbs.But I do miss my BF.

Did you exercise?:Kind of... Went to the store with a friend for over 2 hours. Walking slowly.
How are you feeling:Good. Excited to possibly get started on a workout regimen with my WO buddy. Also excited for my friend to come to town and some hiking to happen.
Goal for today: at least 8 servings of water. cleaning. Push ups.
Plan to help yourself succeed: 2 servings before every meal, iPhone push up app.0
