well i dont get the chance to go in the morning bc i have to be at work early, late in the evening doesn't always work out b/c i have shows at night. The treadmill helps you learn how to keep pace tho. It's not a huge difference i've done it before. I think for beginners its nice to do the treadmill to get your pace down and then take it outside. im doing the couch to 5k and i have the app for it. also helps a lot0

What days do you want to go? I usually only get out Sunday mornings, and that has been kind of difficult for me to do...I usually go down to the riverwalk, but I am flexible. Just let me know.0

Honestly, I'm a teacher so I am free almost any time until mid-August. And the Riverwalk would be fantastic, it's only about 15minutes away!

I usually run either in the morning or later in the evening when it's in the upper 70s or low 80s..... I haven't gotten to the point that I can breathe in 90 degree weather even without trying to run hahaha
I'm planning on running this week Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday - I need to rebuild the endurance I had pre-knee issues0 -

I usually park by the Y on Riverside. That area will allow for various routes depending on your strength and endurance. I am a very slow runninger - about 12.5 miles/hr. My current workout is to do a 5 minute walking warm up, and 3 intervals of running for 18 minutes with a 1 minute walk in between, and a 5 minute walking cool down. That equates to about 4.8 miles for me right now. I know JPaw is still working on running longer intervals...my niece runs the same as I do.
I will try to map my route and post it shortly. Like I said...there are so many places to run down there, it is awesome.0 -

That route sounds great! I might suck terribly but I will do my best to keep up. Last time I checked my run, I was at a 16 min mile (FAIL) but If I have other people there, I won't fall back lol (I'll try)0 -
