Hi there, I am currently on Jenny Craig and almost to my halfway point. I am using my fitness pal to track my diet and exercise. I have my goal on here set to 1200 calories but every time I add an exercise, the calorie goal increases based on what i burned off during my exercise. How do I disable this??

I'm not sure about how to do that... I wish I could figure it out too.
If I burn 500 cals at Zumba, I really don't want MFP thinking I ate 500 too few calories!
I've been just not putting in my exercise for now - and sticking strictly with the food input.
Sometimes I'll enter my exercise just to see what it says, but then I clear it before leaving the page.
