Hi all, just wanted to recommend a local gym and their two fantastic trainers for anyone in Tucson looking for a new gym.
The gym is called Quality Strength and it's located on Orange Grove just east of River. The two trainers are a husband and wife team, Eric and Melanie. I've been doing their "Fit in Six" program for the past four months and am in love. I worked out before on my own but still found this program very useful. It's a six week program designed to get anyone at any level lifting weights in six weeks.
Eric and Melanie are no nonsense, practical trainers. The nutrition advice they give is simple, easy to follow. They won't have you doing some crazy plan that is impossible to maintain. They do what works, simple as that. No fluff. They offer a wide variety of other classes like Combat Fusion which combines circuit training and different fighting styles for an intense cardio and strength workout. They also offer personal training. If you are sick of annoying trainers who don't know what they are talking about, give Quality Strength a try. It's a friendly place for anyone at any level who is looking to get fit!
