Please either email me or post your starting weight and your measurements ASAP. We will weigh in on Tuesdays and measure once a month.

    Today is day7 for me, I started at 154.5 and weighed in today at 153.5, only 1lb but thats a start. I haven't taken any measurements as of yet but I will post as soon as I do. GL! :smile:

    (Just an idea... another group I was in created a google spreadsheet and made it so that everyone could edit it and add in their own numbers. Might be less work that having to update everyone's data on your own.)

    I haven't done my measurements yet, I'll try to get my husband to help me do that tonight. I just made my profile public, but keep in mind that i had weight loss surgery (the DS) over 4 years ago, so my weight loss at times might not seem possible...but because of surgery, it can be easier for me to loss the weight. I use to be 350+ so I'm still feeling good!

    Goals 140-147lbs and waist 30' or under tummy (flat)

    I don't do measurements except on Fridays, so I'll update when Friday rolls around.

    I weigh myself everyday, but only record on Fridays. Can you tell that Fridays are my weigh in days? lol!

    SW:270lbs
    Challenge SW (as of 6/25): 222lbs
    GW for Challenge: 195-200lbs
    Ultimate GW: 160-170lbs

    I'll add my height... I think some people really understand why I'm stopping at the weight I'm stopping at when they learn how tall I am... I mean 170 is some people's starting weight!!

    I'm 5'11"! Yep, just under 6 feet tall!!

    Don't get discouraged! The first step is always the hardest. We can achieve so much more when we stand together rather than standing alone!
