Hey guys, I am doing a full in depth trip to the grocery store, (wal mart) and local produce store. I'd like help on awesome recipes, foods, fruits, brands etc... that will keep me Healthy N Satisfied. Note-- I am a pescetarian. and I am open to new things. THANKS

Here lately I am all about smoothies and wraps! To me they have become the casserole of healthy foods because the combinations are endless! We've also be adding in a salad before every dinner, and sometimes I have salad for lunch. Also on the smoothies, throw like a cup or two of spinach in when you blend everything, you'll get some greens and won't taste them! Make sure to include one or two things you really like to. For example, I still make desserts a lot of nights, but we are talking less than 150 calories (Ie sugar free jello and pudding, dessert shell with fat free cool whip and berries). I am also obsessed with chai tea, so i bought the mix so i can have one with non fat milk every couple of days as a treat. No, I haven't cut out processed foods completely, but by having a little something sweet around, I can have a treat without going off the deep end. Also, most of my sweet things are under 200 calories, so if i do blow my calories for the day, its not by much and it is easy to throw in a little extra exercise to balance it out.
