July Challenge Sign-Up?

Any interest in doing a July Challenge? Same as always, you commit t the pounds you want to lose and the exercise minutes you want to accomplish for the month of July.

Our Update weeks will be:
Week 1 Update - July 10
Week 2 Update - July 17
Week 3 Update - July 24
Grand Finale - July 31

    I will commit to 600 minutes for this month and no pounds, as I am trying to stay away from the scale.

    I'm working through this re-strengthening of my knees, so I'm going for a bit of a push again. 1000 minutes of exercise, 3 pounds.
