I had to confess that I missed my workout last night. I am going to finish strong and do level 3 the rest of the week (even though I only have 2 days left) and start Ripped in 30 on Saturday. :)

L3 D9- again. ;)

    Day 9 of Level 3 FINISHED!!! I can't believe I only have 1 more day! This is the first workout plan I've EVER stuck to! :)
