For today 6/26/12 -- I'll give myself a 6 1/2 - 7. Didn't make it under cals but did manage to get exercise in and water. Hoping the diet part will get better. I really won't have much choice because it will be a while before I can spend any more money on frivolous things which includes take-out.0

I give myself a 6 for yesterday. I went over cals. Sometimes the binge eater in me clouds my mind. I will fight this demon and I will win with God's help!0

Much, much better yesterday. I'll go as high as an 8. Got some exercise, water, under my calories and a good mix of Protein/Carbs/Fats. And I found some KILLER ITALIAN ICE w/ Splenda (4oz, 60 cals)...a little bit of sweet goes a long way for me!0

I'll have to do an 8 for yesterday...did well on calories and exercise, but not enough water. For today, I'm running at about 6 currently. Didn't get my exercise this morning, my partner backed out, and I'm feeling like I'm starving for some reason...maybe too few calories for breakfast. Hopefully with Fitbit tracking my activity today, I can bring that number up later on.0

I give myself a 8 yesterday. My calorie count was good but I have noticed that i'm not drinking the 64 oz of water that I need. And since i'm posting, today is going well so far! I exercised this morning and I always feel better if i start my day off that way! :smooched:0

Trying to recover from yesterdays pub meal, so just snacked through the day, and had a proper dinner. Feel much better now so today has got to be a 7.0

6/27 = 7 Under on cals - got the water in - did a workout. Just too much sodium!0
