Week 1 vs Week 2....anyone else?

Week 1 definitely feels a lot easier than week 2. There is no denying that. The plank jacks/ mtn climbers/ plan jacks/ mtn climbers circuit is almost cruel. However, I find myself sore all over from week 1, and not sore at all from week 2... :noway: Does anyone else have this experience?
I thought it might be different now that I'm doing a different one each day, but again, day 1 has me sore all over. We'll see how I feel from Week 2 tomorrow.....I will say I made it through the entire thing without stopping, so I'm definitely stronger!
Just wanted to see what you guys think about week 1....

i thought week 2 was alot harder than 1. personally i thought week 1 was too easy... but argh week 4 i feel is killing me shoulders.
havent done measurements yet, but arms are looking mighty fine now days . i can actually see mini guns!0 -
I had a feeling I'd be alone on this. Yeah, I agree, week 1 FEELS easy to me too, but I get the most sore from it....so weird.0

I was sore from week 1 , I am guessing it was because I didn't do any other workouts that was my first start after I have my little guy.0

i just did week 1 i cant believe how well i did the fast feet this time. i rmbr the first time around i couldnt do them for more then 15 seconds.
im doing the week 2 tmmrw so ill let you kno which one sucked harder0
