I just wanted to say I feel bad of Paulines helpers, having to do the WHOLE exercise with a smile on their faces, and to keep up. :sad: ( that as close to sweaty I could find on the smileys )

    I feel sorry for Marion?? (blond girl), she is the one who always struggles. Madison pushes very hard and I always watch her when I feel I can't follow Pauline's pace.

    Yeah I feel bad for the blond as well. On the push ups Level 2 she was really struggling.

    Oh lord I havent made it to level 2 or 3 yet, You KNOW its hard when the people on the video struggle.

    I love when the blonde gal rolls her eyes when it's time for the third set of pushups on level two. It makes me really glad not to have a camera on me while I'm struggling.

    I'm watching level 2 part one either tonight or tomorrow seeing I will begin lvl 2 on Mon.

    The floor work is now getting much easier for me, but omg the lunges are killer... I havent done the upper body so I dont even know what your in for lol
