Training

Has anyone started training for this? I've started with Couch to 5K to get my running endurance up and then will work on the strength aspect when I'm about 3/4 way through the program.

Thoughts?

  • Hey my friend just started this, I think its great! I do crossfit 3 times a week and run on the other days, but I think I'm going to start training that C25K program as well!

    I started training February and have lost 31lbs so far and still have 100lbs to go which i know i wont make before Warrior Dash but it is still my motivation!
