Hello, why don't we introduce ourselves and talk a little about our weight journey. My name is Shea and I am a 29 year old mother of 2. I have lost 10 lbs so far. I am already seeing big improvements in the shape of my legs and butt, but am also realizing that my belly isn't going anywhere. I have about 10 more lbs to lose, but I don't want to be a healthy size with a prodruding stomach. I always hear that the most unhealthy place for fat is the stomach, and it's also one of the most difficult for women to get rid of. I also like ab workouts the least for some reason. I need some heavy motivation to work on this!
