Hiya I'm new

Been on MFP for a couple of months but not joined a group yet. Actually, it's only been the last 2 weeks or so I've started logging every day's food. I'm also trying to run 3 times a week, but it's hard working shifts. Lost 3.5lb so far, looking to lose another 5 ideally, but 3 more would be acceptable for now :)
