Just came to log my final runs for the month and missed your check point...
anyway, here is the final tally for me for June:
Week 5:
6/25: 7.8 miles
6/27: 4.1 miles
6/28: 4.3 miles
6/29: 4.0 miles
Total for Week 5 to date: 20.2
Total for Month to date: 75.1 miles
Thanks to Cooriander for doing this... I have found it VERY motivational.
Next stop for July: 100 miles. My HM training program ramps up in July... 10 weeks to race day!

Didn't think I'd meet my target this month, but today I can confirm I am up to 75.5 miles for June.
July, I will aim for the same - 75 miles and will try to do a few short, hot miles in Kos, Greece this week on holiday. Means I won't be able to check in next sunday but will be able to update you after

Guess I should be more helpful, huh? My total this week is ~29 (28.85 or something like that), total for month is 149.
If I include the 50 (which was actually 51) on June 2, that's a 200 mile month for me. :noway: I don't do that very often.
July should be more normal (like in the 150 range; I know I have a cycle down week the 2nd week of the month, so it could be more in the 130-140 range). Hard for me to set a goal mileage because I follow a coach's plan and he does everything by time (not miles).0 -

Ok, this week I ran 10 miles. I am 3 miles short of my goal. Hopefully next month I can make it all the way to 50! I am pretty happy with my progress though because just a few months ago I could barely run.0

Because I am a sucker for a challenge, I really pushed it this week and completed 16 miles of running, putting my total right at 50. Whew! I won't cut it so close next month.
In addition, I did something really cool today. I completed my first half-marathon... on skates! Definitely looked like a rookie in my old-school rollerblades, but I managed to finish the (very) tough course in 1 hour, 5 minutes and placed 2nd in my division.
