Goals, anyone?

JULY GOALS:
-Be under my carbohydrates limit each day
-No frivolous beer
-Drink at least 4 glasses of water a day (I'm so bad at drinking water!)
-No soda (continue until mid-August)
-Fruits/Vegetables focus each day
-Exercise 6 days/week
-Run 2x/week (at least 5mi/week)
-Plans meals ahead of time
-Strength training 2x/week (at least one Nike Training session)
-Watch my sugar intake (I'm always over!)0 -
here are mine...
- keep up with MFP; (so far, it's been a week... )
- drink 16 oz or more water
- find more low-calorie tasty recipes
- exercise *at least* once a week.0 -
