Cleanse

So, part of this is to do a cleanse if you haven't done one recently. There are so many cleanses out there, do the one that is doable for you. Cleanse does not mean you have to starve for a week either! Remember that getting a lot of fiber, drinking a lot of water, cutting out as much processed food as possible, and avoiding alcohol and unnecessary medicines (like don't take a Tylenol for a little headache) should be the main parts to a cleanse. For me, I have a 7 day cleanse that includes fiber that I bought a while back and some liver cleanse tea. I am going to drink a lot of water with it, cut out my alcohol for the week, and cut out processed foods at dinner and snacks (subing with salad, and snacks of fruits and veggies) Do what works for you, but the more you put into it, the better results you will get.
