gained frickin 6 lbs :((( my new goals for the week are below..

    I have been so lazy and slack this week. I'm going to blame it on vacation fever lol. I leave tomorrow and I'm so excited!!!! I had set a goal weight for the beach to be 200 lbs but I'm no where near that! I'm not getting down about it though b/c I'm know its on and popping when I get back! Here's my results below...

    SW: 219
    week 2: 219.0
    week 3: 217.4
    week 4: 217.2
    week 5: 216.0
    week 6: 214.2
    week 7: 213.0
    week 8: 212.8
    week 9: 215.0
    week 10: 210.6
    week 11: 210.8 however this morning I was 211.2
    GW: 190

    I'm not setting any new goals yet b/c idk how much I will gain while on vacation (hopefully not too much). I really need to set a goal NOT to get on the scale everyday though!

    I lost .6lbs!! lol
    I don't even think I should keep count, but I think:
    SW: 182
    CW: 177
    GW: 160 by September 10th
    Goal for week...2lbs
