    I have made a version of this pizza, I used egg, cauliflower and Parmesan cheese for the 'crust'.
    If you like a thin crust pizza, you will be amazed at this 'pizza's" flavor and texture! I have a son who HATES cauliflower, yet came in while we were eating this, he ate a slice and LOVED IT! LOL
    It doesn't hold together well enough to eat neatly by hand, but it is a very very good gluten free pizza, and quite healthy!

    when I dont want to use hodgson mill mix we use zucchini or cauliflower egg and parmesan cheese with a little brown rice flour.

    I have made cauliflower pizza a few times and even my kids love it!
