Not running from zombies

So I really want this app, only one problem: nothing to put it on. No iPod touch, no iPhone, only an iPad. Try running down the road holding an iPad. Not pretty.
But I have a Plan. I joined this group for the purpose of keeping a goal in mind. Lose 10% of my weight (27lbs) and buy an iPod touch so I can get this app! For now I'll live vicariously through all of you!
Keep up the good work!!

Daughter wants a Kindle Fire, she says she'll put it in the backpack she wears when we do Zombies, Run! and that way we can all run at the same time. Might be a thought, use a backpack and use headphones.0

Nice! Great way to be motivated. I like to use Zoombie Run and iSmoothRun at the same time. Looking forward to when ZR has as much data about your jog as iSmoothRun. :-)0

Ooh, these work simultaneously? I usually use mapmyrun, but I was afraid the GPS would interfere with one another. I will have to use both next time!0 -
Yeah, my husband and i tried it out and found that both aps will run. Although, we find it funny that ZR says we have a faster pace than iSmoothRun. I don't usually go by the stats on ZR since iSmoothRun gives more information and break down of each mile and my pace. Something happened this morning with the GPS signal on ZR. I logged 2.8 miles on iSmoothRun, but on ZR it said I only did 2.10, so I'm not sure what happened.0

Is now among those running from zombies. I'm runner five. Even tho I'm in not quite good enough shape to be running, I'm walking at a brisker pace and bringing my baby daughter along with me! (heaven forbid she get caught by the 'zoms'.) the story is interesting but I can only do 30 minutes at a time because the heat is too much for my little Ally.0

Welcome! I also run with my family, makes it more interesting. Altho i say 'run' losely. We walk until it says 'warning zombies 100m' then we run till we evade or as long as we can make it.0 -

This is what I do, too...but I run solo. I absolutely love it. I love the jittery nerves I get before I start, wondering what situation I'm going to find myself in next. (I have an active imagination, lol)
To help me become more of a runner, I use this app along with the C25K app. It also extends the zombie fun0
