I never thought I'd really do it. But MFP surely makes it a bit easier. Ladies if I can do this, and I'm not done yet, so can you!!!

    I was just telling my husband about you at lunch today. We are both very proud of you and are very motivated. I just downloaded the app to my phone. So this shouldn't be something to avoid.

    Keep up the amazing job! By chance do you host any challenges on MFP?
