Hey all - welcome to Weight Loss Buddies Army Wives Caserma Ederle. I'm adding people as I find folks but if you check the members list you'll see other US folks here locally, working on the same mission - to get healthy. I think you can add anyone you want as well. Just wanted to let everyone know that the member list is growing a little and there may be people you haven't friended in facebook or in fitness pal! So check the list out and find friends! I've tried at this point to make everyone admins of the group as well.
