Summer Slimdown June 30 Random Challenge

Combo Challenge for June 30th is going to be Water - 100oz and 20 sets of 21s.

Each set consists of the three different lifts performed 7 times, so there are 21 reps in each set. See the video for an example. You don't need a barbell for this, you can use hand weights, or whatever you have at home to substitute for hand weights!!!
You do not need to do these all at once you can spread the sets throughout your day. This is easy to do at your desk or even while watching TV.
