2. Exercise every week day, outdoor fitness or gym. Bike ride and walk where possible, avoid car.

I`m up an oz this week but kinda expected it as my TOM is due anytime now so I suspect the scale will go up alittle more these next few days then next week will be much better after TOM leaves again.
