I don't know how many of you already know about this, but Rachel Brice has launched Datura Online which is online belly dance classes, any time and any where.

I've signed up for the mailling list and I'm interested to see what this is all about. I can't see that there's much else on the website at teh moment, but I'm checking from work and work systems block a lot of streaming media.

This has now gone live. It looks like you can subscribe for $80 for three months, or $160 for 6 months, during which time you can have unlimited access to whichever classes are on the site that you want. Or I think there's a pay as you go option which means you pay for whichever classes you like and they are available to you for a month. I haven't been able to afford the three month subscription and I couldn't find the pay as you go option yesterday when I was looking. I'm told by someone I know who has signed up that it's totally worth it, but she's a professional dancer and I'm a student (of bellydance) with a full time job to deal with!
