Well I half assed the upper body this morning...I started Chalean Extreme at the beginning of the week, I had done that first this morning so by the time I got to BB my arms are on fire....I feel almost guilty lol but I think what I will do is continue doing BB lower body but not the upper..Has anyone else done the program like this?

I also do Chalean Extreme and decided to only do the lower levels of BB. But I've only just started adding the BB to the end of my CE workouts. Hope for some results soon!0

I have completed the first two phases of Chalean Extreme. I like the program but have yet to see really significant results. This, however, may not be totally the fault of the program.
I was not the best at watching my calories during those two phases (though I also never planned to follow her food plan because I think her calorie guidelines are too low).
While I completed every weight lifting circuit as scheduled, I often skipped out on the cardio or did not do a full workout.
I think I needed an additional set of dumbbells, especially for the Push phase.
I am continuing with the Lean phase and maybe I will see some results (many people have commented that you see reall results at the end of the Lean phase). After CE, I plan to try NROLFW, modified for home use.0
