Hey all,

I'll be moving into wrigleyville next week. I would love to make some new Chicago friends on MFP! I've been using it for awhile, would just like to have some of the locals perspectives. Any advice, events, things to do, etc. would be awesome! Feel free to add!

    If you are a runner, I would recommend you to join CARA. Not only is it good for running, you can meet a lot of nice people. I only know this because my coworker is a CARA memeber/runner. I'm too slow for any running group. lol

    I do run a little bit, only a couple miles though. But I will definitely have to check them out more. Thanks!

    There are tons of things to do in the summer downtown. You should have no problem finding something to suit your preferences. I suggest checking out the free concerts in Millenium park and Wednesday nights at the Shedd Aquarium for live music, food/drinks and of course marine life :)
