what kind of workout routines is everyone doing? I currently do some walking, I'm doing kettleworx kettle bell daily and plan to start 30 day shred today. I need to bump up my walking as I am doing air force half marathon in September.

Did you do the half marathon? Keep walking. It is a great way to get a mental get away as well as exercise.0

I'm in week one of the 30 day shred plus cardio at the gym 2 days a week and outdoor walks on my gym days off. Gotta get in the outdoor time before the snow comes!0
