Day 2 of my elements class done yesterday evening.... This morning I feel awesome (couldn't say that after the 1st day LOL) !! I can't wait for the 3rd wod for the elements class - I am officially Hooked! I really am going to love this life I've changed over too.....all though I've never been a runner and my cardio sucks, so i will have to work on that ha ha ha !!! :bigsmile:
