Hi, I am a realize band gal! I was banded July 25 2011 and I LOVE my band!
I thought I would give this group a try and so I can get some good food ideas :happy: and share my experiences also.

    Welcome, This is a great group. Lots of experience and fun.

    I'm a Lap band patient. Banded on 8/4/2011. Coming up on my 1 yr anniversary. about 15 pounds from my 1 yr goal (100# gone). Don't know if I'll make it but im gonna be damn close. This has been the most success I have ever had.
