Actual: 136.4 (-3.4)
I didn't make it to 7 lbs, but a loss is still a loss and I'm happy with that. A lot of changes went down for me this month, so I'm going to take my loss as a success nonetheless.0 -

Actual: 173 --- but I lost 2 inches off my waist and one off my hips. Tons of strength training. Yeah!

Drats - These Pride Week celebrations, full of beer and cupcakes, have really messed up my goal of 7 lbs. Oh well, At least I am weighing less now than I did a month ago. Thanks to all for the motivation.
