Tracking OurSuccess: July Edition

Okay, it's a new month and I'm starting the July thread in the hope that more people will start tracking again. We're halfway through the year and obviously anyone who joins now isn't going to lose 100 lbs. between now and January (unless they are weightloss superheroes!), but if you know anyone who's still wanting to lose 40-50 more lbs. by the end of the year, please let them know about the group. It would be so much more fun with more people!
So here I go for July:
June 30: 241
July 1: 240
July 8:
July 15:
July 22:
July 29:
July 31: Goal weight 230.
I always set it for 10 lbs. and I haven't made it yet, but July 31 will be my 51st birthday, and it would be WAY COOL to be down 51 lbs. when I turn 51!
So here I go for July:

Just found this group. Would love to join you all! I am just getting started, so I know 100 lbs. by January is not feasible, but I have more than 100 lbs. to lose and I'm just going to try to get as much off as possible. I need some friends and a lot of encouragement!

Im also new, but would love to lose 40 or 50 by end of the year. What do I need to do? Im lifting weights and Im scared to get on the scale, because everyone says you gain on scale. Will you reply go to my message or how will I know what your reply was?0

I started weight training about a month ago and gained #2's. Maybe, I should do monthly measurements instead of weighing...dunno It was very disappointing when I seen that though. I feel better and my clothes are bigger, so I know I'm doing better but still was a disappointment...ughhh I know this thread is for pounds lost not inchs, so maybe I need to find one for inch's lost.0

Hi I posted my own thread a few minutes ago but just wanted to pop in here to say hi. W2bab, were you going to start an August progress thread? Just wondering. I am so motivated to lose the rest of my 100 pounds for the year!!0
